Job summary

US Foods is seeking a remote Accounts Receivable supervisor to partner with AR management, train a diverse team, and ensure GAAP compliance. You will guide payment processing, research complex account issues, and support elevated inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

The role emphasizes coaching, cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining accurate records across 25 systems including mainframes and Dynamics. A strong background in high-volume AR and training is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in a high-volume AR processing environment or related degree plus two years.
• 1 year experience training and guiding associates or prior AR management experience.
• Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills; able to handle escalations professionally.
• Familiarity with AR systems and multiple applications including mainframe systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor workflow and ensure accurate payment recording per SLA timelines.
• Provide coaching, training, and guidance on advanced AR concepts and system applications.
• Escalation support and professional customer service guidance for internal/external stakeholders.
• Perform complex research and account analysis across multiple systems and banks.
• Monitor internal control environment and assist with audit-related tasks.
