Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead the AR team remotely in the United States, overseeing collections performance, aging, and complex issue resolution. The role partners with Revenue Cycle Management, Compliance, Contracting, Billing, and Care Coordination to drive improvements.

You will coach staff, develop KPIs, and translate data into actionable actions, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to policy.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of related experience in healthcare accounts receivable, revenue cycle management, payer operations, or collections, including a minimum of two years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel; demonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret performance reports, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to Accounts Receivable Specialists; establish expectations and promote continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain KPI’s to monitor performance and ensure alignment with goals across all staff.
• Analyze AR, denial, and payer trends to identify root causes and develop actionable recommendations for cross-functional partners.
• Own assigned collection and AR performance targets and drive timely resolution of receivables.
• Document, implement, and improve standard operating procedures for Accounts Receivable and related workflows.
• Provide regular reporting of receivable aging and performance against collection metrics.
