Raintree Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist - Medical Claims for a fully remote role, ideally based in GA or other eligible states.

The position focuses on accurate billing, timely reimbursement, and compliance across multispecialty services. Responsibilities include submitting claims, addressing rejections, and following up on statuses, while collaborating with payer teams to resolve issues and maximize collections.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in medical claims billing.
• Strong knowledge of payer guidelines and contract requirements is preferred.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Submit clean claims to insurers electronically or by paper.
• Fix first-pass rejections and resubmit corrected claims.
• Follow up on primary and secondary claim statuses with insurance plans.
• Process claim appeals with supporting documentation.
• Identify and report billing trends to management.
