You will ensure accurate billing for multispecialty services across insurance payers, maintain timely collections, and support process improvements with HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience preferred in medical billing.
• 7+ years of medical claims billing experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• HIPAA awareness and ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and resubmit claims to insurers per payer guidelines.
• Follow up on claim status and appeals with supporting documentation.
• Post payments and perform account adjustments as needed.
• Identify and report trends to improve billing effectiveness.
• Respond to patient billing inquiries professionally.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance in all billing activities.
