Premier Business Support is seeking an Accounts Receivable Team Specialist to submit invoices through various channels, reconcile daily accounts, and keep invoice statuses current in Acumatica. Qualifications

• Ability to navigate Microsoft Office, Excel, and web-based programs.
• Experience with Acumatica is highly preferred.
• Written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Submit invoices as directed and through multiple channels.
• Reconcile daily invoices and update statuses in the accounting system.
• Research and respond to client inquiries on invoices.
• Issue payment reminders for outstanding invoices.
• Collaborate with the team to meet department goals.
• Occasionally work extended hours as needed.
