Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate Specialist for a remote role. You will follow up with commercial, governmental, and other payers to resolve claim payment issues, analyze denials, and prepare technical and clinical appeals to ensure timely reimbursement.

Strong problem solving and Excel skills are required, with adaptability to changing procedures in a fast-paced environment. Attendance and communication with management on payment trends are essential.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent Verbal skills and problem solving abilities.
• Adaptability to changing procedures and environment.
• Meet attendance policies and work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with payers to resolve claim payment issues and secure timely reimbursement.
• Identify reasons for underpayments or denials and file appeals as needed.
• Document activity accurately in the client’s system and tracking tools.
• Communicate trends and issues to management and help identify root causes.
