Jobgether is assisting a partner healthcare organization in filling an Accounts Receivable Resolution Specialist role based in the United States. This fully remote, full-time position focuses on ensuring insurance claims are processed, reimbursed, and resolved by handling complex AR cases, denials, and payer appeals using WAYSTAR and Avatar.

The ideal candidate has hands-on claims follow-up experience, denial management skills, and strong communication.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED or international equivalent.
• At least 2 years in insurance claims follow-up.
• At least 2 years in claims denial management.
• At least 5 years in a physician/healthcare facility business office.
• At least 1 year working in a remote environment.
• Strong knowledge of insurance billing, claims follow-up, appeals and denial resolution.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and prioritization skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with insurers, patients, and internal teams.
• Compliance with vaccination requirements and masking as applicable.

Aufgaben

• Follow up on assigned accounts daily to reduce AR and accelerate reimbursement.
• Review denied claims promptly and identify resolution strategies including authorization.
• Prepare and submit appeal letters and payer documentation through WAYSTAR.
• Prioritize account resolution activities to improve efficiency and collections.
• Document actions using Avatar and WAYSTAR.
• Meet productivity and performance requirements.
• Communicate issues and recommendations to leadership using SBAR.
• Follow reporting lines and participate in AR reduction initiatives.
• Troubleshoot technology-related issues per guidelines.
• Assist billing teams with responding to mail and correspondence.
• Perform additional duties to support departmental objectives.
