Zotec Partners is seeking an AR Supervisor to lead accounts receivable activities for our healthcare revenue cycle management clients in a remote capacity. You will oversee AR workflows, mentor specialists, and ensure timely processing of claims and denials while meeting client deadlines.

The ideal candidate has prior management experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on accuracy, communication, and teamwork across a national remote team.

Qualifications

• Management experience leading teams.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Experience handling an Aged Trial Balance (ATB) or Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and delegate.
• Proficient MS Office skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Responsibilities

• Provide workflow support to the AR team to meet or exceed KPIs.
• Develop and implement procedures to maintain efficiency.
• Train and mentor AR Specialists to improve performance.
