Job summary

Vesta Home in the United States is seeking a hands-on Accounts Receivable & Collections Supervisor to lead daily billing and collections for our multi-market operations. You will supervise the offshore Billing and Collections/AR team from onshore in the U.S., owning cash collection, billing accuracy, and AR reconciliations through month-end close.

You'll coach staff, resolve large balances, partner with Sales and Operations to resolve disputes, and drive process improvements using Upflow,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive Accounts Receivable, Billing, or order-to-cash experience.
• 1–2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role within AR, billing, or collections.
• Strong working knowledge of AR aging, invoicing, cash application, credits, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Own the AR portfolio and daily collection strategy across current and past-due balances.
• Oversee billing accuracy, recurring rental billing, credits, refunds, and adjustments.
• Ensure timely cash applications for ACH, wire, checks, and cards.
• Lead offshore Billing and Collections/AR team and coordinate with Sales and Operations.
• Produce weekly AR and billing reports and strengthen controls with automation.
