Job summary

Genpact seeks a Senior Process Associate - Credit and Collections to manage accounts receivable for the largest global customers under supervision. The role emphasizes building professional relationships and driving process improvements in billing and collections across multiple operating groups.

The position requires strong communication, experience in AR/finance, and familiarity with Oracle ERP, Ariba, or SAP. Some travel may be needed, with a focus on accuracy and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable, accounting, finance, banking, or supply chain.
• Experience with Oracle ERP, Ariba or SAP is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with management levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable for top global customers across multiple groups.
• Maintain relationships with branch management and global account managers.
• Prepare reports on payment trends, disputes, and invoices.
• Identify billing discrepancies and propose LEAN process improvements.
• Ensure compliance and monitor aging; release orders when appropriate.
• Assist in determining credit limits and actions for high-risk customers.
