Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Associate - F&A (I2C) to manage AR processes, cash applications, and reconciliations for a real estate client in a remote US role. You will collaborate across AR entities, address disputes, and drive cash flow accuracy.

The role requires a strong background in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and financial controls, with proficiency in SAP and data tools. Remote work options are available as part of Genpact's distributed delivery model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Experience with AR, AP, cash application and reconciliations.
• Real estate client experience preferred.
• Ability to create and update SOPs and respond to client inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Make collection calls and email/invoice customers as requested.
• Process cash applications and ensure DRR is timely and accurate.
• Reconcile orders, validate credits/debits, and collect or refund as needed.
• Collaborate across AR entities and resolve customer disputes with internal teams.
• Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures and disseminate updates.

Understanding of all aspects of Cash allocation in accordance with customer remittances including deep validation experience and report out to business. Cash Application Allocating payments in accordance with customer remittances. Collaborating closely between all entities of AR (different entities) and keep track of all aged receivables including current ageing buckets. Act as Subject Matter Specialist for the AR processes, complete know-how and understanding of the AR value chain. Experience of working with a real estate client will be a preference. Create and update the Standard Operations Procedure and other updates received from time to time. Should be able to deal with clients for any query or information. Identify and resolve unidentified cash and manage end to end process of Cash applications. Process cash application functions to invoices at assigned sites ensuring the DRR (Daily Receipt Reconciliation) is completed in a timely, accurate, and confidential manner. Follow up on customer/internal disputes, customer questions and working between departments to get a resolution.
