Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to accurately apply payments to invoices and resolve discrepancies. You will support AR reporting and collaborate with the AR team to ensure precise payment application.

The role is hybrid in Alpharetta, GA, with shifts 8 AM–4 PM or 9 AM–5 PM EST. This contract position may lead to full-time based on performance, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately apply incoming customer payments to outstanding invoices.
• Research and identify payment discrepancies such as short-pays and unidentified payments.
• Collaborate with the AR team to ensure customer funds are appropriately applied.
• Maintain accurate documentation of payment application activity.
• Provide support in preparing AR-related reports as needed.
