Job summary

The US Oncology Network is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join the Research Clinical Trials Department at our Richardson, Texas location. This full-time remote role supports the research finance team with a typical workweek of Monday through Friday, 8:30a - 5:00p.

Under general supervision, the AR Analyst handles accurate and timely collections, AR reconciliation, and inquiries while ensuring adherence to the Compliance Program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent is required.
• At least two (2) additional years of AR experience required.
• Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accurate and timely collections of all receivables to ensure the lowest accounts receivable possible and optimal reimbursement.
• Performs revenue and Account Receivable reconciliation.
• Maintains working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations as they relate to assigned responsibilities and communicates regulatory and industry standards to employees.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent

Associate's Degree + Four years of related work experience

Eight years of related work experience
