Job Title: Remote Appointment Setter / SDR (PST hours)

Company/Industry: Coaching / Restaurant Business Coaching

Location: Remote (Preferably based in Canada or the United States) MUST BE IN PST

Work Type: Full-time, remote

Hours: Flexible hours, must be in PST or MST time zones

Compensation: $60,000–$96,000/year (Base + Commission)

About the Role:

As a Remote Appointment Setter, you’ll be the first point of contact for restaurant owners looking to grow. Your role will include:

  • Qualifying inbound leads and booking appointments for the closing team
  • Engaging potential clients through outreach via calls and emails
  • Clearly communicating the transformation Ownershift offers
  • Nurturing leads and keeping the CRM and pipeline organized
  • Collaborating with closers for smooth handoffs
  • Meeting daily and weekly KPIs for leads engaged and appointments booked
  • Are based in the United States or Canada (PST is a must )
  • Have great communication skills and enjoy connecting with business owners
  • Are self-driven and love hitting appointment-setting targets
  • Have experience in appointment setting or sales, ideally in coaching, consulting, or service-based industries
  • Are passionate about helping struggling restaurant owners succeed
  • Have a professional remote work setup (clear mic, camera, and quiet background)

Compensation:

$60,000–$96,000/year

(This includes a base salary of $2,000/month for the first 30 days, switching to $1,500/month after ramp-up, plus commissions and bonuses)
