Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to support our outreach and client acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who is comfortable engaging with potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and other channels. Your primary role will be to initiate conversations, qualify leads, and schedule discovery calls with prospective coaching clients.

• Earn between $1-3k a month with a few hours of work a day

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and other relevant platforms to engage potential coaching clients.

• Follow a structured outreach process, including personalized messages and permission-based follow-ups.

• Schedule discovery calls for the coaching team and ensure a smooth handoff to the coach.

• Maintain and update CRM records with prospect interactions and scheduling details.

• Track and report outreach progress across stages

• Provide feedback on market trends, objections, and insights gained from conversations with prospects.

Requirements:

• A character of consistency and discipline

• Drive and professional ambition

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with charisma

• Comfort with social outreach and messaging strategies (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Email).

• Ability to personalize outreach while maintaining efficiency and volume.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using spreadsheets and some automations platforms

• Self-motivated and able to work independently while maintaining accountability for results.
