You will handle inbound inquiries, maintain top-tier customer service, and help grow client base while enjoying a supportive culture and opportunities for advancement. 100% remote position with night differential and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with appointment setting OR outbound calling experience.
• Ability to work from home (must have good internet access, a computer, and a headset).
• A history of great teamwork.
• Strong customer-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to small business owners and present our website services.
• Handle inbound calls and schedule appointments with a web designer.
• Maintain professionalism and high standards of customer service on all calls.
