Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to business owners in the United States.
• Introduce our website design, SEO, printing, and digital marketing services.
• Qualify prospects and identify potential opportunities.
• Schedule appointments for our sales consultants.
• Update customer information in our CRM.
• Follow up with prospects by phone, SMS, and email when appropriate.
• Meet daily call and appointment goals.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude during every call.
