American Income Life / Globe Life is seeking a Remote Phone Booker to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective candidates, scheduling interviews, confirming appointments, and ensuring a professional experience from the first call.

This role offers flexible scheduling and comprehensive training. You will make outbound calls, update records, and collaborate with the recruiting team to keep the interview pipeline moving from your quiet home workspace.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to manage a high volume of outbound calls while staying organized.
• Strong time-management and follow-up abilities.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads expressing interest in opportunities.
• Confirm candidate interest and answer basic scheduling questions.
• Schedule interviews using an online calendar system.
• Follow up with candidates who miss or need to reschedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate notes and update candidate records in the recruiting system.
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and text as appropriate.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to keep the interview pipeline moving.
