• Distributes all benefit enrollment materials and determines eligibility
• Schedules meetings with clients
• Handles incoming customer service calls
• Dispatches incoming customer phone calls
• Accepts customer calls and returns customer inquiries
• Responds to client requests for coverages while representing their best interests
• Creates and explains individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system
• Works and learns from management teams to stay up to date on new products, services, and policies
