Cold Labs is hiring an Appointment Setter to convert warm B2B responses into scheduled meetings. The role is remote, with US Eastern hours (9 AM–6 PM). You’ll manage 3–5 client accounts and a similar internal agenda, using calls, texts, and emails to secure qualified meetings with a rapid follow-up cadence.

Responsabilités

• Answer every positive reply within 5 minutes.
• Call the lead twice, leave a voicemail if they don't pick up, and send a text.
• Score every lead green, yellow or red. Green leads go to the top of your list.
• Work the 7-day follow-up. Each step is a task waiting for you: calls, texts and emails at set times, in the lead's own time zone.
• You confirm every meeting to increase the show rate.
