AIL is seeking an entry-level Remote Phone Booker / Appointment Scheduler. This Training Provided role is 100% remote, with flexible scheduling and coaching to help you start a remote career in recruitment.

You’ll work with warm leads, schedule interviews, follow up, and support candidates through the hiring process. No prior recruiting experience is required; full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills and friendly phone demeanor.
• Ability to schedule interviews and manage follow-ups.
• Comfort with using scheduling systems and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to candidates who expressed interest or applied.
• Schedule interviews using the online calendar and coordinate times.
• Send appointment details and next steps to candidates.
• Follow up on missed appointments and reschedule as needed.
• Maintain notes in recruiting systems and track outcomes.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to move candidates forward.
