Job summary

AIL is seeking a Remote Phone Booker / Appointment Scheduler who is personable, reliable, and eager to begin a career in recruitment. You will handle candidate outreach, schedule interviews, and keep the recruiting process moving smoothly from home.

No prior recruiting experience is required; training and ongoing coaching are provided. You’ll work with warm leads who have already expressed interest, and you’ll use scheduling tools to set interviews while communicating professionally by phone,

Qualifications

• Great on the phone and confident with people throughout the day.
• Organized with follow-up and able to manage multiple candidates.
• Willing to learn scheduling processes and recruitment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to candidates who expressed interest or applied.
• Introduce yourself and create a friendly, professional impression.
• Confirm interest and availability; schedule interviews via online calendar.
• Communicate appointment details and next steps to candidates.
• Follow up on missed meetings and assist with rescheduling.
• Maintain candidate notes and update systems with activity.
