Job summary

The Ai Training Company seeks Mathematics Experts, Applied Mathematicians, and Computational Researchers for a remote AI training project focused on advanced mathematical reasoning, numerical methods, and Python-based problem solving.

You will create, solve, review, and validate mathematically rigorous tasks, translating requirements into executable workflows and implementing equations and simulations using Python. Remote work with strong emphasis on reproducibility and documentation.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, OR, Computational Science or closely related field.
• Strong expertise in at least one mathematical area such as applied mathematics, numerical analysis, optimization, probability, statistics, discrete mathematics, algebra, geometry, mathematical modeling, or dynamical systems.
• Ability to translate mathematical problems into executable computational procedures.
• Strong analytical reasoning and mathematical problem-solving ability.
• Experience using Python or another scientific computing environment.
• Ability to validate both mathematical reasoning and numerical results.
• Strong written communication and technical documentation skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Solve and validate advanced mathematical and computational problems.
• Translate mathematical requirements into precise, executable computational workflows.
• Implement equations, algorithms, simulations, and numerical procedures using Python or similar tools.
• Use Python to automate calculations, numerical experiments, parameter sweeps, and result validation.
• Create challenging mathematical tasks that require genuine reasoning beyond simple substitutions.
• Develop reference solutions demonstrating correct mathematical and computational approaches.
• Test special cases, edge cases, limiting behavior, and numerical stability.
• Verify computational results are mathematically consistent and reproducible.
• Review mathematical solutions for logical, numerical, or implementation errors.
• Document assumptions, methods, calculations, and conclusions clearly.
