Qualifications

8+ years shipping production-quality software with full ownership.
Tools or products used regularly by customers or business teams, backed by usage data.
Experience understanding operational workflows through observation and data analysis.
Daily use of coding agents with privacy-by-design standards and rigorous evaluation.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and clinical teams to identify manual tasks that can be automated.
Develop tools that reduce task completion time from hours to minutes.
Ensure teams can independently operate the tools created before transitioning ownership.
Translate insights gained from team interactions into scalable solutions for future teams.
Maintain a strong focus on privacy and compliance in all software solutions.
