Job summary

Splitero is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to own AI-driven capabilities across product and operations. You will work cross-functionally with product, operations, and business teams to scope opportunities and ship AI enhancements.

The role involves building AI-powered features, automations, and workflows using LLMs, RAG, and agentic frameworks, while maintaining production-grade quality and security. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in software engineering with 2+ years focused on production

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software engineering with focused AI/LLM production experience.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic workflow design.
• Proficiency with low/no-code orchestration platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier) to prototype and deliver AI workflows rapidly.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI opportunities across product and operations and scope deliverables.
• Build, integrate, and maintain AI-powered features and workflows in production.
• Lead AI initiatives end-to-end: framing, data needs, build vs buy, success criteria.
• Coordinate with product, operations, and engineering to ensure reliability, security, and scale.
