Neovia Logistics Services is seeking an Applications Implementation Engineer II to lead WMS/WCS/LMS integrations and enterprise-wide implementations for new site launches. You will guide users, validate designs, and partner with business and technology leadership to ensure efficient, customer-centric deployments.

Requires 5+ years in logistics IT projects, strong project management skills, and the ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business, or equivalent combination.
• 5+ years of experience on new site launches or system implementation in logistics/supply chain.
• 3+ years managing large, cross-functional IT projects, with 2+ years in WMS/TMS implementations.
• Strong knowledge of WMS/WCS/LMS integrations and logistics operations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define business requirements for WMS software projects.
• Drive implementation and configuration of WMS solutions with partners to meet KPIs.
• Optimize warehouse productivity and space utilization using WMS/LMS/WCS.
• Coordinate testing, training, and maintenance for new/existing customers.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to integrate WMS with other systems.
