Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in software development, application engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming concepts.
• Experience with databases, SQL, reporting, and software apps.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to convey technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Capable of independent work in a remote setting and manage priorities.
• Must have reliable high-speed internet for remote work.
• Travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sale and post-sale technical support for custom software solutions, apps, and integrations.
• Understand business and technical requirements and translate into scopes of work.
• Develop, configure, test, debug, implement, and support custom software for customers and partners.
• Maintain and enhance RADAN plug-ins and automation software.
• Collaborate with software teams and provide customer/market insights for core products.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for custom applications and integrations.
