Job summary

Legrand North and Central America is seeking an Applications Engineer II to support Starline busduct applications from Canonsburg, PA, with remote work and travel to customers about a quarter of the time. You will develop design layouts, draft offers, and provide technical and commercial support throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Design system layouts for busduct systems based on site surveys, customer drawings, project tenders, and field input.
• Draft technical offers and maintain documentation for catalog sheets, FAQs, and installation instructions.
• Travel up to 25% primarily within North America to support customers and installations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-level expertise in product knowledge and application.
• Design layouts using AutoCAD for busduct systems.
• Provide technical and commercial support to sales and customers onsite or remotely.
• Draft technical offers and verify requirements based on customer needs and layouts.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to refine technical solutions.
