Job summary

ModMed is seeking a Manager, CS Reporting and Analytics to lead a team delivering dashboards and analytics across Customer Success. You will drive operational metrics, reporting frameworks, and insights to support decision-making and performance improvement.

You will partner with CS leadership to align reporting with business needs, manage a team, and ensure accurate, timely KPI delivery, while coaching analysts in best practices and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business, Economics, Finance, or Statistics.
5+ years analytics, reporting, or operations analysis with at least 2 years in management.
Advanced skills in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Domo, and Databricks.
Experience working in SaaS or technology organizations.
Experience supporting Customer Success or services organizations.

Responsibilities

Oversee analysts who design, develop, and deliver operational reporting, dashboards, and analytics for CS leadership.
Ensure CS metrics and reporting frameworks provide visibility into performance.
Oversee development of dashboards and reports using Salesforce, BI tools, and data platforms.
Ensure timely delivery of recurring KPI reporting and insights.
Coach analysts on techniques, reporting best practices, and stakeholder engagement.
Manage and develop a team of Business Operations Analysts for CS reporting and analytics.
