Job summary

Shirley Ryan AbilityLab seeks an Applications Analyst II – IT Revenue Cycle (Patient Access) to support and enhance revenue cycle systems, primarily Cerner/Oracle Health solutions for Scheduling and Registration. You will partner with operations and clinical teams to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and ensure system performance aligns with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in applications analysis, consulting, software development, or related IT roles, preferably in healthcare or revenue cycle management.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with Cerner Millennium (Oracle Health) revenue cycle solutions in a technical capacity.

Responsibilities

• Support revenue cycle and patient access applications including upgrades, enhancements, troubleshooting, and problem management.
• Analyze existing workflows to identify opportunities for enhancement and efficiency.
• Collaborate with end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, configure, document, test and implement software solutions to address business needs.
• Perform testing and validation to ensure quality and alignment with objectives.
