Job summary

Maximus is seeking an Application SME + Trainer to deliver expert training and sustainment support for the JCC2-R application. You will develop and deliver instructor- and operator-level curriculum, update online training suites, and ensure content aligns with DoD workflows.

The role is remote, contingent on award, and requires active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly. Travel to sites may be needed 10–20% of the time. Previous DoD training experience is essential.

Job description

The Application SME + Trainer provides subject matter expertise and application training support for the JCC2-R application. This role is responsible for supporting application sustainment engineering, documentation support (maintain and update JCC2-R documents), integration work, and training support to JCC2 third-party Field Application Engineering training contractors. Develops and delivers direct training and instruction to personnel as instructed by JCC2. Supports review of online training suites for the JCC2-R application and modifies them as necessary, up to and including creation of a completely original online curriculum. Ensures training includes basic operator-level and in-depth instructor-level curriculum. Instructor training provides students with the knowledge and materials to deliver operator-level training themselves.

This role is contingent upon award.

This is a remote position and requires a TS/SCI clearance.
