Ladders is seeking an Application Development Team Manager to lead a geographically distributed software team in a remote, collaborative environment. You will guide planning, execution, and technical discipline across the software lifecycle while promoting modern development practices and AI-enabled workflows.

The role requires partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to keep delivery on track, manage risk, and drive strong engineering outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership or management experience in software development or project management.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring, React, Python, SQL, AWS and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to lead distributed or remote teams and coordinate across stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support a geographically distributed software development team
• Manage project planning, scheduling, and risk management for successful delivery
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and oversee sprint planning and tracking
• Define and enforce engineering standards for coding and documentation
• Drive the adoption of DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Enable effective use of AI tools for development and debugging
