Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end leadership for teams delivering Java/Spring, React, Python, SQL, and AWS/Kubernetes based apps.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, risk management, and compliance with contract obligations.
• Run agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, and coordinate releases using Jira and Confluence.
• Implement DevSecOps, IaC, automated testing, and secure deployment practices to AWS and Kubernetes.
• Foster AI-assisted development with guardrails, governance, and traceability for AI outputs.
• Mentor engineers, manage workload, performance, and team culture across remote and distributed members.
