You will work in a hybrid setup in Downers Grove, IL, with responsibilities spanning requirements management, process optimization, testing, and user training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a business analyst or in related roles within logistics or transportation.
• Experience supporting mobile apps, web platforms, or operational software solutions.
• Strong skills in requirements documentation and solution design.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or iterative development environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital product execution from discovery to release and improvement.
• Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements across stakeholders.
• Create detailed flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support QA, release validation, and user training.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology, and Leadership to align priorities.
