Job summary

Geisinger is seeking an Application Analyst to support implementation, adoption, enhancement, and ongoing support of enterprise applications from home in Pennsylvania. The role includes analysis, documentation, testing, training, go-live activities and problem resolution with on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Performs application implementation, adoption, enhancement, and support.
• Develops documentation including current and future state workflows, test plans, project plans and status reports.
• Provides remote and/or on-site end-user support and training.
• Participates in vendor reviews, testing, and on-call rotation for 24x7x365 support.
