Job summary

Geisinger is seeking a detail-oriented analyst to support the implementation, adoption, enhancement, and ongoing support of assigned applications. The role involves data collection, workflow analysis, documentation, testing, and problem resolution while ensuring security and compliance.

You will participate in on-campus or home-office activities, contribute to training materials, and support system upgrades.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years-relevant experience (Required).
• Demonstrated ability to gather and document requirements.
• Experience with healthcare programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand assigned applications and support implementation, adoption, enhancement, and maintenance.
• Meet with stakeholders to collect data, review workflows, and identify process improvements.
• Create documentation including workflows, test plans, build specs, and transition materials.
