Electrolux Group North America is seeking a Branded Service Technician to deliver exceptional in-home service across Charleston, SC area. You will diagnose and repair Frigidaire and Electrolux appliances, aiming for first-visit fixes and strong customer satisfaction.

This remote, field-based role requires safe vehicle operation, accurate parts inventory, and clear documentation of service calls. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in appliance repair, EPA/CFC

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years appliance repair experience; 5+ years if no HS diploma.
• EPA or CFC certification preferred.
• Proficient with FSM tools, diagnostic software, and MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and complete in-home repairs on major appliances.
• Aim to fix on first visit while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Prioritize time-sensitive repairs and communicate clearly with customers.
• Safely operate a service vehicle and manage inventory on the go.
• Document service calls and updates in FSM and diagnostic tools.
• Follow safety protocols and represent the brand professionally.
