Job summary

Alectrona seeks an experienced Apple Client Platform Engineer to lead remote professional services for Apple at scale. You will design management platforms, build missing components, and transparently communicate what will and will not work to clients.

You will collaborate across time zones, own end-to-end engagements, solve complex macOS issues, and mentor other engineers while shaping new products based on field feedback. Fluent English and deep Apple device management are required.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Experience delivering paid professional services to external customers.
• Strong Apple device management knowledge across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead professional services engagements for Apple at scale.
• Design, deploy, and hand over Apple management platforms (MDM, identity, patching, security).
• Own end-to-end services engagements: scope, plan, run, document, close.
• Troubleshoot escalated macOS issues and debug protocols.
• Mentor engineers and shape new products from field feedback.
