Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Technical Lead/Senior Appian Developer to drive design, development and implementation of complex case management and workflow automation in a federal environment. This remote role requires a Public Trust clearance and strong leadership of small-to-medium teams.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in Appian development, hands-on AI integration experience, and proficiency with SQL databases and AWS services. Federal compliance and security are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on Appian development experience (Appian 17.x or later).
• 3+ years in a technical lead or senior developer capacity leading development teams.
