Job summary

ICF’s Digital Modernization division is seeking a Lead Appian Developer to support upcoming needs with our federal customers. This role is open to 100% remote work within the United States and requires deep hands-on Appian experience and a track record delivering large-scale, critical applications.

You will join a fast-growing team, collaborate across security and engineering disciplines, pursue certifications, and participate in RFI/RFP activities, prototypes, and oral presentations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Appian BPM hands-on experience.
• 7+ years developing Appian Plugins.
• 7+ years configuring app servers (JBoss, WebLogic, IIS) as part of the installation.
• 7+ years of experience in system integration, including configuring forms, reports, and interfaces.
• 7+ years of experience with relational databases and SQL scripting.
• 7+ years of experience in all phases of software development for large-scale, business-critical apps following Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Green Card or US citizenship due to federal contract requirements.
• Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and work in the United States (U.S.).

Responsibilities

• Support federal customers with Appian-based solutions.
• Assist with RFI, RFP, prototypes, and oral presentations.
• Maintain and pursue necessary certifications for practice area.
