Job summary

ICF is seeking a Lead Appian Developer to support federal customers within our Digital Modernization division. This role offers 100% remote work within the United States and requires deep Appian expertise across BPM and plugin development.

You will collaborate with agile teams, define architectures, and ensure integration with enterprise systems. US citizenship or green card is required for federal contract work, with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Appian BPM.
• 7+ years of experience developing Appian Plugin
• 7+ years of experience with Application Servers like JBoss, Weblogic, IIS etc. as part of the installation.
• 7+ years of experience in configuring, debugging, and systems integration including configuring forms, reports, underlying logic, and interface components as a developer.
• 7+ years of experience with relational databases and SQL scripting
• 7+ years of experience in all phases of software development for large-scale business critical applications following Agile methodologies
• Bachelor's degree
• Green Card Holder or US Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements
• Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance
• MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply
