Job summary

Phaidra, a remote-first company focused on AI-powered control systems for industrial facilities, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Solutions Engineers and Technical Program Managers. You will set the technical direction, drive OKRs, and mentor a world-class team across distributed locations.

You will grow expertise in HVAC, power distribution, and data center systems while shaping customer engagements and product direction.

Qualifications

10+ years in engineering or technical solutions management.
Deep domain expertise in industrial controls or data center systems.
Proven track record building and scaling customer success or delivery teams.
Experience translating complex facility designs into scalable integration patterns.
Strong credibility with customer-side engineering teams and stakeholders.
Experience leading cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Sales).
Experience in distributed async environments; global teams a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Solutions Engineers and Technical Program Managers; set technical vision and standards.
Drive operational excellence and department OKRs; ensure timely delivery.
Mentor team; recruit and develop SEs and TPMs.
Translate customer facility configurations into Phaidra products.
Ensure seamless handoffs between design and execution with clear requirements.
