MediaNews Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to manage invoice review and processing in our digital workflow and Oracle Fusion ERP. You will perform manual data entry to ensure accurate financial records while supporting a remote position limited to residents of Colorado or Ohio.

Responsibilities include verifying invoices, entering data in Oracle Fusion, and ensuring GL coding accuracy for non-PO invoices. A high school diploma is required; a finance-related degree is preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• College degree in finance, accounting, or related major preferred.

Mansioni

• Verify invoices for quantity, unit pricing, extensions, and discounts.
• Enter invoices into the Oracle Fusion Accounts Payable system.
• Adhere to accounts payable policies, processes, and procedures.
• Check GL coding for non-purchase order invoices for GL distribution.
• Read and comprehend process manuals, instructions, and financial documents.
