Job summary

Diamond Mattress seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to own full-cycle AP across multiple entities remotely from South America. You will work with our U.S.-based finance team during Pacific hours and support manufacturers and distributors across the U.S.

The role requires 3–5+ years of AP experience, strong English communication, and familiarity with Ramp or similar ERP tools. This position is full-time and long-term, offering competitive USD compensation.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of accounts payable experience with a U.S.-based company
• Multi-entity AP experience including intercompany transactions
• Advanced English written and verbal; comfortable on video calls with U.S. team

Responsibilities

• Review, code, and enter vendor invoices for multiple entities
• Perform three-way match (PO, receiving, invoice) and resolve variances
• Process non-PO invoices and company card expenses in Ramp
• Prepare weekly payment runs (ACH, check, wire) per entity
• Maintain vendor master data, W-9s, and banking details; verify bank-change requests
