Job summary

Builders FirstSource is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to accurately enter vendor invoices and credits, process PO and Non-PO invoices, and perform reconciliations when needed. This role supports timely payables and maintains SLA standards, with a remote work option and onsite meetings as required.

Candidate should have a high school diploma or GED plus 5+ years of related experience, strong customer service, and familiarity with bookkeeping practices. SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 5+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have strong customer service skills and working knowledge of general bookkeeping or accounting practices.
• Experience with accounting software packages/ERPs; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely data entry of vendor invoices and credits.
• Process PO and Non-PO invoices.
• Perform statement reconciliations and Open Receiver resolution where applicable.
• Perform PO exception reconciliation where applicable.
• Ensure customer emails/calls are followed up in a timely manner.
• Meet and maintain Department SLA for processing volume and quality standards.
