Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for a fully remote role in the United States. You will manage high-volume vendor invoice processing in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will code and enter 100-120 invoices daily into Sage Intacct, perform three-way matching, and resolve discrepancies with operations and carriers. This role supports the AP Manager with weekly check runs, ACH, wires, and virtual card batches.

Qualifications

• 2 years of accounts payable experience.
• Experience with high-volume processing (100–120 invoices/day).
• Proficient in Sage Intacct and Cargowise.

Responsibilities

• Process 100-120 vendor invoices daily into Sage Intacct.
• Perform three-way matching against POs, BOLs, rate sheets, and receiving documents.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and resolve variances with operations and carriers.
• Communicate with vendors and carriers on payment status; reconcile monthly statements.
• Support AP Manager with weekly checks, ACH, wires, and virtual card batches.
