Randstad USA is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for a fully remote role in the United States. You will manage high-volume vendor invoice processing in a fast-paced logistics environment.
You will code and enter 100-120 invoices daily into Sage Intacct, perform three-way matching, and resolve discrepancies with operations and carriers. This role supports the AP Manager with weekly check runs, ACH, wires, and virtual card batches.

They are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Accounts Payable Clerk to manage high-volume vendor invoice processing in a fully remote capacity.
Processing a high volume of 100-120 vendor invoices per day, 100% remote.
Salary: $28 - $30 per hour
Shift: First
Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Education: Bachelors
