Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of general client service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with roughly 50-90 customers daily, addressing needs and questions across multiple applications.
• Perform research and document customer interactions in appropriate systems; deescalate concerns as needed.
• Speak with internal/external stakeholders via phone or email in a professional, customer-centric manner.
• Identify general issues and recommend process improvements to improve team quality.
• Training schedule includes virtual classroom and guided calls; regular shifts Mon-Fri with defined EST times.
