We are excited to bring on a Sr. Data Steward to support the Annuity business and help shape how data drives decision‑making across the organization. This role will have a hybrid work schedule with preferred key city location in Fort Wayne, IN.
In this highly visible role, you will serve as a trusted partner to business and technology teams, helping ensure critical business data is accurate, reliable, and aligned with enterprise governance standards. You'll play a key role in advancing data governance initiatives, supporting data‑driven solutions across multiple agile teams, and enhancing the processes, controls, and reporting capabilities that enable informed business decisions. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives, influence key business outcomes, and partner across the organization to strengthen data quality, governance, and operational excellence within the Annuity business. The pay range for this position is $96,900 - $176,200 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non‑discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long‑term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
