Protect Democracy is seeking an Annual Giving Officer to steward a portfolio of mid-level donors and drive engagement through grassroots and peer‑to‑peer programs. This remote, US‑based role invites collaboration with the Partnerships team to grow impact in the democracy movement.

You will craft communications, proposals, and donor reports, identify new prospects, and help reach ambitious goals to expand our donor base and sustain program growth.

Formación

• Three or more years of professional fundraising experience with donors.
• Demonstrated comfort identifying, cultivating, stewarding, closing, and renewing 4-5 figure gifts.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of ~300 mid-level donors with cultivation plans.
• Grow portfolio to 500 by 2028 through teamwork and peer-to-peer tools.
